Being immersed in digital marketing for the last 10 years, its easy to forget how nascent this industry really is and how many people think that on-line marketing and e-commerce is just a matter of slapping together a website and putting up a few links.
You need to understand how people think. You need to understand how and why people buy your product or your competitors’ products.
You need to get inside your customers’ heads.
If you don’t talk to your customers how they talk to themselves. If you don’t solve their problems, you will get no where.
